I didn't get a tracking number. Where is my item?
We offer untracked shipping on selected items (stickers, microfiber cloths, postcards) to keep it affordable for customers. HOWEVER, these items do come with the risk of getting lost in the mail. OppaboCo is not responsible for any items once they leave our warehouse. Starting Jan 1, 2026, we will NOT be offering replacements for items lost in the mail due to untracked shipping.
All items have the option of being upgraded to tracked shipping to ensure your order arrives to you.
Are local pick ups available?
Local pick ups are available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us using the form below or sending us a DM on Instagram. Please keep an eye out on our upcoming conventions if you would like to purchase anything ahead of time and pick up at the convention.
Will my item arrive in time for X?
We understand that gifts may be bought for special occasions like birthdays or holidays but we cannot guarantee delivery dates as we cannot control the postal service. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands. If you paid for tracking, please keep an eye on the tracking for the latest updates. If the item has not arrived a week after our estimation (see shipping and handling page) please contact us for next steps.
What is Throne?
Someone bought me an item from Throne but it has not arrived.
Please be aware that not every item from my store comes with tracked shipping. Items like stickers, postcards, and microfiber cloths are default with untracked shipping and may become lost in the mail. If the item has not arrived a week after our estimated delivery times, please contact us.
If you are based in the EU, keep an eye on your tracking in case you need to pay any tariffs. We will not be offering replacements or refunds for failure to pay tariffs.
Please also allow more time during high volume shipping times like the holidays.
