Shipping & Handling
Order Processing
Typical order processing time may range anywhere between 1-2 weeks, unless otherwise stated. Orders after a large shop update may take up to 3 weeks to process.
We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, but during busy times such as the holidays or big events, orders will take more time to get through. In these cases, processing times may take up to 3 weeks.
See below for shipping time estimates as well as any information about tracking/delivery to your country.
Preorders
For both domestic and international orders, all products will ship together once the last pre-ordered product arrives! This means any non preorder items will be held until then. If you would like non preorder items to be sent before, please purchase it separately from any preorder item.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
You have 24 hours upon purchasing to cancel. Otherwise offer refunds or exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please email oppaboco@gmail.com if you need to make a cancellation.
In cases of an order that has been damaged in transit, or if your order contained incorrect items, please send an email to oppaboco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help.
Please include your full name, store order number, and photographs of the incorrect or damaged goods.

Shipping information by country
United States of America
Packages sent to USA will arrive 4-7 days after shipment.
Tracking
All US orders come with a USPS tracking number and sent via Canada's forwarding service: Chit Chats. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Canada
Packages sent within Canada will arrive 2-4 weeks after shipment.
Tracking
Shipments within Canada are sent with an Oversized Stamp which does not include tracking, or via Canada Post Domestic services which includes tracking.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages!
International
Packages sent to international locations will arrive 2-9 weeks after shipment.
Tracking
Not every international location will come with a tracking number.
Please double check that your address is correct and legible to post offices in English, as we are not responsible for deliveries sent to the wrong address or addresses which cannot be found.
Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or stop updating entirely once they cross the border.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. OppaboCo is not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping/handling fees if package is denied due to customs fees.
