By placing an order at OppaboCo, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept that these terms and conditions apply to all orders placed or will be placed at OppaboCo. None of these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing and signed.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by OppaboCo. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure correct delivery, conduct credit assessment, and to share product information with you. The information you provide is only available to OppaboCo and Shopify and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You have the right to request OppaboCo or Shopify to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting these conditions, you agree to the above.

All products remain OppaboCo's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from OppaboCo.

All transfers conducted through OppaboCo, are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. OppaboCo is not responsible for any of these charges and these charges are at the customers own expense. For EU & UK customers, starting July 1st, there may be a possible 20% or higher fee incurred at customs that you must pay when trying to get your package. Please be aware you may need to pay for an additional VAT charge and/or additional fees when your package arrives.

OppaboCo is not responsible for this and any other customs processing fees that may incur depending on your country's VAT laws. By purchasing fro OppaboCo, you acknowledge this fact.

You are entitled to to a refund of you within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, OppaboCo offers refunds and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. This applies to all orders, including preorders. Please email oppaboco@gmail.com if you need to make a cancellation.

Attempting to circumvent refund policies by issuing chargebacks through your bank or payment provider once the designated cancellation window has passed will be ruled in flavor of OppaboCo, because by making your purchase you have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Events outside OppaboCo's control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that the seller is released from OppaboCo's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.

OppaboCo reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings, without prior notice. At the event at which a product is sold out, OppaboCo reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. OppaboCo shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
